The User may return the product(s) ordered 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that:
a) The product(s) have not been used;
b) The product(s) retain their original characteristics and labels intact
To request a return, you must access your customer area on the KAOÂ website, select the order and the items you wish to return.
Additionally, you must send an email to
returns@kaoaofficial.com, indicating the order number and the items to be returned.
The return cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that, if your return is made for reasons other than a justified defect or non-compliance of the ordered products, Kaoâ will not refund the shipping costs.
Therefore, Kaoâ will not reimburse the expenses related to the initial shipping costs paid by the customer for the respective order, nor any customs fees.

.The cost of return is borne by the customer. Please note that, if your return was made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the products ordered, Kaoâ will not reimburse shipping costs. Therefore, Kaoâ will not reimburse the costs related to postage initially borne by the customer for the respective order nor customs fees.
If your order was shipped via DHL, the return must be made using the same carrier.
For returns outside the European Union, the use of DHL is mandatory.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping service with proof of delivery, as returns without these guarantees may not be accepted.

Once the return has been received at our warehouse, you will receive the amount in the same way as you made your purchase in the bank account associated with the card or Paypal account with which you made the payment within a maximum of 14 days.
