For shipments outside the European Union, please note:
Customs Duties & Taxes: Orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other local taxes in the destination country. These charges are always the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Refusal of Payment: If the customer refuses to pay the applicable duties in the destination country and the parcel is not collected, the order will be considered refused. In these cases:
No refund will be issued.
In exceptional situations where the parcel is returned to the sender, the refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting all related costs, including shipping, customs duties charged upon return, and handling fees.
Delivery Delays: Customs clearance may cause delays. These are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Domestic / International:
Kaoâ ships orders from Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. (except holidays), to the address provided by the customer.
Deliveries cannot be scheduled: the courier will attempt delivery without prior contact, so it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
Delivery is considered completed upon signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
Europe: 8 to 12 business days
Rest of the world: 8 to 15 business days

Kaoâ embraces the slow fashion philosophy and does not hold stock.
Each piece is made to order, which may result in longer shipping times.
If any ordered item becomes unavailable:
Kaoâ will notify the customer by email.
A full refund will be issued within 15 days from the confirmation of unavailability.
