🔄 Exchanges & Returns

At Kaoâ we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if it does not meet your expectations, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt, provided that they meet the following conditions:

Not worn or washed;
With all original tags and features intact (including security tag, if applicable);
Complete, including all accessories or items that came with the order;
Properly packed (see below).

How to Proceed

Request your return by email to returns@kaoaofficial.com, stating the order number and the items to be returned.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If the return is not due to defect or non-conformity:
- Initial shipping costs will not be refunded;
- Any customs duties paid will not be refunded.

Proper Packaging

To ensure returned items arrive in perfect condition, please pack them properly:

Whenever possible, reuse the original box;
Avoid thin paper bags or plastic bags, which do not provide sufficient protection;
Use a sturdy box or envelope, folding garments carefully.

⚠️ Kaoâ reserves the right to refuse refunds for items damaged due to inadequate packaging.

International Returns & Customs

For returns sent from outside the European Union, the customer must:

Declare the shipment as “Return of Goods”;
State the original purchase value and attach the original invoice;
Clearly indicate in the documentation that it is a return.

⚠️ If this procedure is not followed and customs charges are billed to Kaoâ, these costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds & Vouchers

Once the items are received and inspected, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
For exchanges, refunds may be issued as a voucher valid for 12 months.
Items purchased with a voucher and later returned will always be refunded with a new voucher.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or non-conforming item, Kaoâ will arrange collection at an address of your choice (within the original shipping country, excluding islands).
In such cases, all shipping costs will be covered by us.

Important Notes

Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Failure to claim the order or refusal to pay customs duties does not entitle the customer to a refund.
