In the event of a return, it must be returned with the embellishment covered again, exactly as it was delivered. Returns sent without this protection may not be accepted if the fabric shows pulled threads or damage.
  
• The rhinestone application on the back cannot be washed. During washing of the dress, this area must be properly protected/isolated, avoiding direct contact with water, detergents, rubbing or twisting, in order to preserve the garment and prevent damage to the satin fabric.
