If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

They have not been used;
Original tags and features are intact;
They are complete, including all original packaging and extras.

HOW TO PROCEED

Please request your return by emailing returns@kaoaofficial.com, stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If the return is not due to a defect or non-conformity, original shipping costs and any customs fees will not be refunded.

PROPER PACKAGING

To ensure items arrive in good condition, they must be properly packaged:

Reuse the original box whenever possible.
Avoid using thin paper or plastic bags, as they do not protect the garments.
Use a sturdy box or padded envelope and fold the items carefully.
Kaoâ reserves the right to refuse refunds for items damaged due to improper packaging.

REFUNDS & VOUCHERS

Once we receive and verify the returned items, the refund will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.

For exchanges, we may issue a voucher valid for 12 months.
Items purchased with a voucher and later returned will always be refunded via a new voucher.

DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, Kaoâ will arrange a pickup at your chosen address, provided it is in the original shipping country (excluding islands).
