Shipping policy

International Shipping & Customs

For shipments outside the European Union, it is important to bear in mind that:

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or other customs charges in the destination country. These costs are always the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.

  • Refusal of Payment: If the customer refuses to pay the duties due in the destination country and the order is not collected, the order will be considered refused. In these cases:

    • No refund will be issued.

    • In exceptional situations where the parcel is returned to the sender, the refund amount (if applicable) will be issued deducting all associated costs, including shipping fees, customs duties charged upon return and handling expenses.

  • Delivery Delays: Customs procedures may delay delivery. These timeframes are not controlled by our store and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Order Processing

Kaoâ ships products from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (excluding public holidays), to the address indicated by the customer.

  • The delivery service does not include scheduling: the carrier does not make prior contact, so it is necessary to ensure that someone is available to receive the order.

  • Delivery is considered completed upon signature of the receipt at the agreed address.


Delivery Times

  • Europe: 10 to 15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10 to 15 business days

Slow Fashion & Production

Kaoâ follows the slow fashion concept and does not keep stock.
Each piece is produced especially for each customer, so shipping times may be longer.


Unavailable Products

If any ordered product is unavailable:

  • Kaoâ will inform the customer by email.

  • A full refund will be issued within a maximum of 15 days from the date of confirmation of unavailability.


Lost Orders

If you do not receive your order within 30 days from the payment date:

  • Send an email to hello@kaoaofficial.com.

  • After this period, Kaoâ cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.
